S Wave Corrugated PVC Cooling Tower Fill

S wave corrugated PVC cooling tower fill is the most widely used cooling tower fill. Due to its big space design, and S wave shape, The fills have excellent cooling efficiency and good performance in processing the dirty water, especially the processing water contains solid impurities.
The "S" wave cooling tower fill packs made by PVC or PP material, thermal forming by mold and plastic forming machine. Sheet thickness and color can be customized. All these advantages makes its become the ideal infill for counter flow industrial cooling tower, Power plant heave duty cooling tower,ewage treatment cooling tower and so on.

Cooling Tower Pvc Fills pack consists of thermoformed corrugated sheets made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), impervious to decay, fungus and biological attack. The cooling tower fill sheets are bonded to form modules which can be dimensioned to fit any application.

Cooling tower PVC fill combines properties related to a media’s ability to allow substances to migrate through it, while maintaining thermal efficiency— this then allows for the use of cooling tower film fill where fouling risks occur.

“S” wave water cooling tower fill packing make full use of the reasonable design principle of the trapezoidal oblique wave, at the same time increase the number of water film closure, make water film repeatedly redistribution and tend to be more uniform. Increase vertical rib stop wave, improve water film lateral diffusion ability, can make the moisture in the packing more fully for heat and mass transfer, at the same time make the water film or slow speed, extend the time for heat and mass transfer, improve the cooling effect.
