Square Cross-Flow Cooling Tower
The square cross-flow cooling tower uses two-sided air intake and a high-performance fan on the top to allow air to pass through the fillers on both sides of the tower and exchange with hot water as a medium. The hot and humid air is then discharged to the outside of the tower. The filler uses a dot wave plate with convex points on both sides. The dot wave plate is bonded into a whole through the mounting head to improve rigidity. The convex points on both sides can also prevent direct dripping, thereby improving the ability to form a water film. A water collection measure is provided at the tail of the filler. Advantages

Within the normal service life, no additional anti-corrosion is required.

Component Features
1. Cooling tower motor
Adopts waterproof motor, protection level up to IP55, motor shaft is chrome-plated, insulation level is F. The motor has the advantages of low noise, low vibration, wide voltage, high efficiency, sealing and waterproof, rated voltage: 380V, frequency 50HZ.
2. Special fan for cooling tower

3. Sprinkler device
Adopts gravity sprinkler design and FRP sprinkler trough design. According to different flow rates, the sprinkler aperture and quantity of each specification of sprinkler trough are different, so that the liquid level height of the sprinkler trough is consistent. A water divider is designed between the sprinkler trough and the filler to further disperse the water flow and make the water falling on the heat dissipation material more evenly distributed.
4. Filler
PVC raw material is vacuum-formed, the sheet thickness is uniform, and the strength and toughness are high. The selection of opaque anti-ultraviolet materials, combined with the overall oblique wave suspension structure, can obtain a larger heat exchange area and better airflow space. The wave shape and sheet spacing of the sheet are obtained through strict calculation and multiple tests. The heat dissipation coefficient is high, the installation is convenient and the appearance is beautiful.
5. Shell
The outer wave plate and water tray of the tower body are made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). FRP uses water-resistant resin and alkali-free glass fiber felt, with good wettability, high glue content, high strength, high surface finish of the body, and is not easy to fade, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, and beautiful. The air inlet is equipped with a downwind plate, which is extruded and formed by PVC, engineering plastics and anti-ultraviolet agents. It is dense and durable, rectifies the incoming air, and has a water-blocking function.
6. Reducer unit
Adopts belt drive, stable operation and low noise. The upper and lower covers of the belt box are designed to protect it from external water vapor. FRP material, safe operation, easy operation and maintenance. Imported belts are used to ensure the strength and life of use.
