How to Do Well in Product Inspection of Our Axial Cooling Fans?

1.Testing of Raw Material

Raw materials of cooling fan include frame, blade, IC, silicon steel sheet, enameled wire, PC board and so on.

Firstly,our QC techicians will use balancing machine to test frames and blades of cooling fan to make sure fames and blades can be matched. Secondly, they will use specialized equipment to inspect the quality of IC, silicon steel sheet, enameled wire, PC board and other accessories. After all the tests of raw materials finished, we will start our production.

2. Testing of Semi-finished Products

During production,one proceess is aging testing of semi-finished cooling fan. We do this just to make sure the stabilty of our cooling fan.

3.Testing of Finished Products

As you know, the most important test is finished products inspection. So after one batch of products finished, all the cooling fans should be tested one by one in mute room to do test of balance,joggling,noise and abnomal noise. And after the mute room test, QC techcians will do sampling inspection to make the cooling fans are qulified up to standard before packing and delivery.
