Floating Ball Valve Q41F with Pneumatic Actuation and Stainless Steel Body Material
The ball and valve seat of the metal hard-sealed ball valve are completely metal-to-metal sealing. In order to ensure the reliable sealing of the valve under various temperatures and pressures, a variety of advanced ball and The hardening technology of the valve seat includes supersonic spraying, nickel-based spray welding, special surface hardening, cemented carbide spray welding and the use of high-strength and high-hardness ceramic materials.
The surface hardness of the ball and valve seat can generally reach HRC60 or more, and the highest HRC74 and above. The temperature resistance of the sealing surface material can reach 540 ºC, and the maximum can reach 980 ºC.
The bonding strength of the material can reach more than 10000PSI, and the sealing surface material also has good abrasion resistance and impact resistance. Metal hard-sealed ball valves are suitable for most harsh working conditions.
