There are two types of seam welding machines, longitudinal welding and transverse welding, depending on the welding structure. The longitudinal straight seam welding machine can weld the straight seam of the barrel body of circular workpieces, and the length and diameter of the weld seam are limited by the length of the electrode arm and the diameter of the electrode wheel. The transverse circumferential seam rolling welding machine can weld the circumferential seams of the barrel body interface and the sealing welding of the bottom cover, as well as the edge sealing straight seams and circumferential edge sealing of flat workpieces. The circumferential seam welding of circular workpieces is limited by the diameter size of the welding wheel, and the selection process should be based on the minimum diameter of the cylinder. The length of the seam welding for plate edge sealing straight seams is not limited. It can meet various welding needs of users. Randomly equipped with high-performance and highly reliable seam welding microcomputer controllers, it can achieve four welding program processes: compression, welding, maintenance, and rest. Continuous seam welding or pulse seam welding can be freely selected according to the needs of the workpiece.
