Features

Welding Principle
Having the tip of the stud contacts the workpiece and pull the welding gun switch, then the energy storage capacitor is discharged through the tip of the element.
When it is ignited, a thin layer of molten metal is generated on the surface of the stud and the workpiece, and the penetration depth is about 0.1 mm.
The stud is inserted into the molten pool, the metal solidifies, and the screw is welded firmly.
Welding Operation
① The welding gun cable, control wire and welding ground wire shall be connected according to the drawing.
② Turn on the power switch.
③ Adjust the voltage adjusting knob clockwise to make the welding voltage display the voltage value you need.
④ Normal welding can be carried out after the welding indicator light is on.
Precautions
① The chuck consistent with the screw to be welded shall be selected;
② Ensure that the collet clamps the screws to be welded, and the internal thimble of the collet contacts the screws to be welded (if the collet is loose after a period of use, adjust the collet to clamp the screws to be welded);
③ Ensure that the welding gun, ground wire and other connections are tightly and reliably connected.
