Product Introduction

The stationary spot welding machine is customized for fire-proof door. The welding machine is composed of rack, workpiece moving platform, welding machine moving mechanism, upper and lower electrodes, welding transformer, welding machine controller, PLC controller, air circuit system, cooling water circuit system and other components.

Components of Welding Machine:

The fire door spot welding machine consists of a frame, a workpiece moving platform, a welding machine moving mechanism, upper and lower electrodes, a welding transformer, and a welding machine controller, PLC controller, air circuit system, cooling water circuit system and other components.

Pneumatic Transmission Mechanism:

When the fire door spot welding machine is used for welding, the lowering of the upper electrode and the pressing of the weldment are realized by the pneumatic transmission mechanism,the mechanism is composed of cylinder, piston, guide rod, sealing ring, sealing ring, etc.

Air Circuit System:

The air circuit system is composed of ball valve, air filter, pressure reducing valve, oil atomizer, electromagnetic air valve, cylinder, etc.

Working Principle

Install the workpiece: the rear positioning block and the right positioning block are used as the reference positioning block. To adjust, the motor zero point needs to be corrected. Other positioning blocks can be adjusted close to the workpiece. The side floating positioning block clamps the framework of the workpiece and the panel together to avoid the displacement of the welding spot. (The manual clamping screw fixes the workpiece on the side floating positioning block).

Welding: after the start (automatic) switch is pressed, the program automatically controls the action of the equipment to complete the product until the stop button is pressed.

• For safety, the machine must be maintained and operated by designated personnel who have received technical training.
• Do not touch other live parts except the secondary circuit.
• Wear dry or fully insulated gloves during operation.
• Do not use cables with capacity lower than the specified requirements, damaged or exposed conductive parts.
• Welding equipment shall not be used when opening the rear cover plate.
• During equipment maintenance, the power supply shall be cut off and the operation shall be conducted only when there is no power.
