SC UPC SX Fibre Optic Adaptors Blue With Flange Black Dust Cap
SC Fibre Optic Adaptors is a mechanical device designed to align fiber-optic connectors. It contains the interconnect sleeve, that holds the two ferrules together. They are flange type in plastic housing; Single mode adapters are with Ceramic sleeve while multimode fiber adapters are with bronze sleeve.
The SC fibre optic adaptor are connected by the adapter through its inner opening sleeve to ensure the highest connection performance between the optical fiber connectors. In order to be fixed on various panels, it has also designed a variety of fine fixing flanges. Its shell is rectangular, and the structure and dimensions of the pins and coupling sleeves used are exactly the same as those of the FC type. Among them, the end faces of the pins are mostly ground by PC or APC type. The fastening method is the use of plug-in latch type, without rotation. It is inexpensive, easy to plug and unplug, small fluctuation in insertion loss, high compressive strength, and high installation density.
