Product introduction:
The Z axis device is to let the cutting head movement up and down. The up and down movement of cutting head is controlled by CNC system servo motor, motor driven ball screw, drive the Z axis slide up and down reciprocating movement to complete the Z axis stroke is 150 mm; Both ends up and down all use proximity switch control, at the same time in the elastic cushion on both ends of the ball screw, make sure the safety of movement.
Z axis can be either as a numerical control shaft for its single interpolation motion, at the same time can and X, Y axis linkage, and can switch to servo control, in order to meet the needs of different situations. Due to the Z axis servo is also controlled by the CNC system, so the follow-up of high accuracy, good stability, thus ensuring the quality of the cutting.
Z axis unit of capacitance sensor to detect the cutting nozzle, the distance to the plate surface feedback signals to the control system, and then controlled by Z axis motor drive control system of the cutting head movement, so as to control the cutting nozzle and plate distance unchanged, effectively guarantee the cutting quality. Cutting heads have adjust the nut of the focal point, according to the material and thickness of cutting material to adjust the position of the focal point, thus obtain good cutting section.
Main features:
1. photoelectric conversion efficiency can reach 30%, two times that of CO2.
2. less consumption of power source, CO2 is 20% ~ 30%;
3. no laser working gas, can save a lot of laser maintenance cost;
4. optical fiber transmission, without reflection lens, do not need to adjust the light path.
