Curing Tape core characteristics
1. High moisture retention
Tight sealing of water: Through the adhesive tape and the substrate tight fit, reduce water evaporation, maintain the internal humidity of the concrete/mortar, promote hydration reaction, improve strength.
Air permeability balance: Some high-end products are designed with micro air permeability material to avoid the accumulation of internal condensation caused by complete sealing.
2. Strong weather resistance
Uv resistance: When used outdoors, it can resist direct sunlight and delay the aging or embrittlement of the tape.
Temperature adaptability: Withstand -20°C to 50°C, suitable for maintenance scenarios in hot or cold climates.
3. Controllable viscosity
Strong initial adhesion: Fast adhesion to wet or dry concrete surfaces, reducing the risk of falling off during construction.
Removal without residue: easy to peel off after curing to avoid damage to the newly poured concrete surface.
4. Variety of materials
Polyethylene (PE) base material: lightweight and waterproof, suitable for short-term maintenance.
Composite fiber material: strong tear resistance, suitable for long-term or wind environment.
Aluminum foil composite layer: reflects heat and is used in high temperature areas to prevent water from evaporating too quickly.
5. Flexible construction
Clipability: Support cutting into different widths on demand to adapt to complex areas such as seams and corners.
Self-adhesive design: One person can quickly cover large areas without additional tools.
