Heavy Lifting Airbag Description

Heavy lifting airbag used is a cylindrical airbag body with two conical heads and end openings. The end openings are equipped with airtight rotary joints and air intake devices. The polyester webbing lifting belt is wound around the entire heavy lifting airbag body. The total lifting force of these straps keeps their buoyancy at least a 6:1 safety factor. It can be equipped with automatic pressure to release the valve, and the valve can be opened when the internal pressure reaches the rated pressure.

Heavy lifting airbags are composed of inner reinforced synthetic-tire-cord layers and outer rubber layers in the shape of cylindrical. Which is capable of high capacity against compression and twisting. Jerryborg supplies various sizes of heavy lifting airbags depending on the customer’s request.

Wear resistance—Concerning the big thickness of the airbag body, Therefore, it can resist scratches and wear in harsh environments. Even the outer rubber layer is damaged. The inner synthetic tire cord layer can also work well.

Multiple applications-Heavy lifting airbags can be used for surface buoyancy support like closed airbags. It can also be used for ship salvage work from deep water to surface.
