Lifting Roller Bag Description

Lifting roller bag, also named roller bags or ship launching rubber balloon, was first invented for ship launching in 1981 in Jinan city of Shandong Province. Lifting roller bags are accepted by more and more shipyards worldwide due to its’ advantage of saving labor cost and time, besides it’s easy to install and replace.

Lifting roller bags are innovative products with independent intellectual property rights in China. Lifting roller bags are not limited to space and heavy machinery, they can effectively shorten the construction period and save a lot of money.

Lifting Roller Bag Features

1. A complete set of solutions is available.

2. Good air tightness: pressure decreases less than 10% for a period of 24 hours.


3. Long lifespan: it is guaranteed that our airbags can sustain their designed operating pressure for 3 years.


4. High safety level: equipped with a reliable safety valve, our airbags can stand the maximum pressure up to 4 times that of the operating pressure.

Constructions of Lifting Roller Bag

1) Outer rubber layer

The outer rubber layer covers the exterior of the marine airbag to protect the lower layer from wear and other external forces. The compound has sufficient tensile strength and tear strength can withstand any conditions and hard use.

2) Inner rubber layer

The inner rubber layer seals the compressed air in the marine airbag.

3) Synthetic tire cord layer as a reinforcement layer

The reinforcing cord layer is made of synthetic tire cord commonly used in tires, arranged at a desired angle to maintain internal pressure and evenly distribute stress. Therefore, they can provide strong and effective reinforcement.
