Acacia is type of hardwood perfectly suitable for processing as hand scraped flooring with natural rustic aged look.The factory staff employ special tools to enhannce the antique look of acacia wood plank by scraping acacia raw plank and make the surface unsmooth .Thereafter staining the sanded wood plank with different colors,such as gunstock,espresso coffee brown, dark walnut, red mahogany color sheen all fit to the timber to present unique traditional country style look.

Hand scraped acacia flooring raw material do not have to come with slected grade or clear grade,all natural character such as checking,dead knots,small cracking,sapwood,insects holes,color variations contribute to the stylish hand scraped acacia flooring.Low grade acacia timber could be used for hand scraped flooring while the processing cost purely by hand is indeed higher than smooth UV finished solid one.
