The RCGZ series pipeline permanent magnetic automatic iron remover has three parts: pipeline body, drive device, and magnet operating device. The drive device is attached to the pipeline wall, and the magnet operating device in the pipeline body's magnetic separation cavity is driven by the sprocket and chain to operate. The ferromagnetic substances mixed in the material flow through the pipeline and into the iron outlet by the permanent magnet's action.

The iron remover is installed in the material conveying pipeline with a 45-75 degree inclination. The ferromagnetic material in the material is adsorbed on the stainless steel pipe wall of the pipeline iron remover and gradually slides towards the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet, separating from the material. At the iron outlet, the ferromagnetic material loses its magnetic attraction due to the permanent magnet's movement in the direction of the circular motion and is discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity, achieving the automatic removal of iron in the material.
