The RCDD series air-cooled self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover is a technologically advanced product designed to remove iron from various materials. This equipment is an upgrade to the RCDC series air-cooled suspended electromagnetic iron remover. The RCDC series iron remover has an additional iron unloading mechanism that is composed of a drive motor, a roller, and an iron unloading tape with a scraper.

During operation, the iron unloading mechanism of the RCDC series removes ferromagnetic substances from the iron unloading belt and automatically sends them to the iron collecting box without the need for manual intervention, ensuring iron removal automation.

The RCDC series air-cooled self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover has a wide range of applications, particularly in the steel and cement industries where it is primarily employed for removing iron from slag. Its primary function is to protect key equipment, such as roller presses, vertical mills, and crushers, from the adverse effects of iron.
