Mica tape for fire resistant busbar & extruded busbar

A soft bar or extruded bar with fire-resistant properties achieved by wrapping a fire resistant layer with mica tape properties achieved by wrapping a fire resistant layer with mica tape.

Mainly used as a fire resistant insulation layer for EV fireproof copper bars, it can be automatically around conductors through a double-layer pressure 50% wrapping process, with good consistency and high efficiency, can meet the following testing requirements: Condition: Flame burn at 950 ± 50 ℃ for 10 minutes, refer to ISO19642-2 for the following tests:
(1) Insulation resistance: Loading 1000V DC voltage for 60 seconds, insulation resistance ≥ 500M Ω
(2) Voltage resistance: Loading 5000V DC voltage for 60 seconds, leaked current<2mA

Synthetic mica is prepared by artificial synthesis using chemical methods to simulate the formation process of natural mica. It has a melting point of 1375 ℃ and has a higher temperature resistance level due to the use of - F instead of - OH. It is usually used as an insulation material at flame temperatures ranging from 950 ℃ to 1000 ℃.

According to different reinforcement methods, it can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, and three in one structures
Single sided synthetic mica is composed of fiber glass+mica
Double sided synthetic mica is composed of fiber glass+mica+fiber glass
Three in one synthetic mica is composed of film+mica+fiber glass.

Synthetic mica has excellent high-temperature insulation and fire resistance properties, and is usually used in tape or sheet shape as a fireproof and high-temperature insulation material in NCM lithium battery systems. According to application, PE/PET/PI materials are usually selected as the film for 3in1 mica products.
