Product Description

How does water separator work?

The condensate air water separator is composed of many baffles, and the fluid changes its flow direction many times in the separator. Due to the large mass inertia of the suspended water droplets, when the flow direction of the baffle changes, the dry steam can bypass the baffle Continue to move forward, and the water droplets will accumulate on the baffle. The Compressed Moisture Separator has a large flow area, which reduces the function of the water droplets. Most of them will condense, and finally fall to the bottom of the separator and be discharged through the trap.

Generally speaking, the liquid is filtered to the filter, and the gas can pass through. And because of its neutrality, the gas will still move in the original direction. The liquid remaining on the filter will be diverted to the bottom of the separator to be condensed and discharged, thereby improving the gas quality and reaching the saturation gas effect.
