The hazards of replacing the Filter Element over time
1. Impurities block the mesh, resulting in increased resistance, obvious pressure drop of compressed air, and reduced flow rate.
2. Weaken the filter medium and reduce the filter performance.
3. The filter paper is damaged, impurities enter the pipeline and enter the gas end, which seriously harms pneumatic equipment and production materials.
Suggestion
In order to ensure the air is clean, clean and stable, please use the original filter element of YUKA company for replacement.
Throughout the use of filtration, the filter element is continuously hit by oily, acidic condensate and high-velocity dust particles. To ensure the filtering performance of the compressed air system, please replace the filter element in time.
