Product Description

Liquid xanthate is one of independently developed products researched by Y&X, which used for flotation separation mining, such as lead zinc sulfide ore, copper zinc sulfide ore, and copper lead zinc sulfide ores. This product has strong collection power for copper and lead ores, but weak collection power for zinc ore. It can significantly improve the grade and yield of copper and lead concentrates, while extremely reducing the mutual content of zinc in copper and lead concentrates. The collection ability of pyrite and pyrrhotite is weak, suitable for high sulfur copper mines and high sulfur copper gold mines. And it has less dosage of lime or sulfur depressants. This product has strong collection ability for white lead ore and can be straightly used in flotation process without pre sulfurization. It is liquid and does not require dissolution. And it is easy to be used. It is an excellent substitute for solid partical xanthates and MBT, and can be used seperately or in combination with other collectors.

Usage

This product can be added to the original solution or prepared into a solution of any concentration. The addition position should refer to the on-site collector. It is generally added to the stirring drum or flotation tank, and can also be added to the ball mill. Experimental reference dosage is 10-200 g/t of raw ore. Please refer to the specific usage on site.

Details:

Colorless transparent liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, water-soluble, with a specific gravity of 1.25-1.3, stable chemical properties, and high content of active ingredients.

Notes:

1. The temperature for use and storage shall not be lower than -15 ℃. If the temperature is too low and causes the product to solidify, the temperature will rise and the product will turn back into liquid, which does not affect the effectiveness of use;
2. Do not come into contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong reducing agents, or open flames;
3. Store in a shaded, well ventilated place;
4. Avoid violent impacts during transportation;
5. The product has a shelf life of 24 months.
