Q25 flotation foam is suitable for the extraction of oxidized ore with high clay content.Flotation foaming agent Q25, amber or dark brown oily liquid, with slight odor. It is applicable to the process of obtaining oxidized ore, non-ferrous ore and precious metal ore with high clay content. The foaming agent has uniform bubbles, large bubbles and good mineralization effect, which is favorable to improve the grade of concentrate. The dose is generally 5-30 g/T.

Function of foaming agent

1. Prevent bubble merging, so that the bubble dispersed in the pulp has a smaller diameter and a certain life [1].

2. Increase the mechanical strength of the bubble.

3. Decrease the velocity of bubbles and increase the residence time of bubbles in pulp.

4. The type and amount of stable bubbles affect the bubble size, viscosity and brittleness, and affect the flotation speed.
