The company now has more than 50 employees, of which 12% are R&D personnel and 14% are technical service personnel. The technical staff has many years of experience in pulp and paper making production technology.

The start-up team of Shaanxi Bingzhi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in September 2013 and the company was registered in 2016. It is a technical services company specializing in customized pulp and paper making solutions for paper mills.

Since its establishment, Shaanxi Bingzhi has always adhered to the development concept of "Sticking To Technical Innovation and Focusing On Technical Services". it has been committed to providing energy-saving, consumption-reducing and market-competitive services to customer enterprises.

In 2013, the team upgraded the first low-speed cylinder mould machine into a 400m/min crescent paper machine at its own expense, achieved success and deepened its understanding of crescent paper machines;

In 2015, based on the experimental machine test data, our first generation fully self-developed and manufactured 700m/min crescent paper machine successfully produced paper, promoted the rapid development of domestic crescent paper machines;

In the subsequent development process, we continuously improve the process flow, on-site installation, production operation, operation management and problems discovered during post-maintenance, and update the paper machine. After 10 years of continuous research and innovation, Shaanxi Bingzhi has been able to design and produce crescent paper machines with a width of 4200mm and a speed of 1600m/min. The steam consumption required to produce each tonne of paper can be as low as 1.8-2.0 tonnes, and the power consumption can be as low as 260-320KW·h. Compared with similar products in the market, it has obvious energy-saving advantages.
