Cryogenic ball valve is one of the important flow control equipment in cryogenic pipeline systems, especially suitable for services requiring
valves featuring high sealing performance, swift on-off and low flow resistance. Zaval most advanced design principle and most stringent manufacturing standard to design and manufacture cryogenic ball valve which for reliable sealing performance, low operation torque,and long life Service.State-of-art lip seal technology combined with smart valve designs guarantee an excellent sealing performance which are applied to minus 196°C working condition.

Long-necked structure is not usually applied for temperature above -50℃, and applied for temperature below -50℃. It aims to protect the stuffing box. Locate stuffing box far away from low temperature. To guarantee sealing effect of the stuffing, cold insulation material also can be wound to prevent loss of cold energy.

Design Features


Low emission packing prevents leakage around stem and achieves fire safety.

Extension bonnet raises position of stuffing box away from cryogenic zone avoiding failure of packing due to low temperature.
