11KW Synchronous Inverters ac to ac 380V ac motor drive for Open-loop spindle​

EM15-T series are high performance open loop vector inverters for controlling asynchronous AC induction motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors. Applying the most advanced sensorless vector control which keeps pace with the leading international level, the product enhances its reliability to meet the requirements of environment adaptability, customized and industrialized design with more optimized functions, more flexible applications and more stable performance.

  • Refined protection function can support over 30 protections, including short circuit detection of electric motor, input/output phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage and overheat.
  • All series conformal coating can improve the product reliability and environmental adaptation.
  • Support PG collector signal, differential signal and other encoder interfaces, making the closed loop vector control realize conveniently.
  • Adopt high-performance vector control technology to make the torque of low frequency large, enabling to output 150% rated torque for 0.5Hz in open loop vector mode.

High Performance Control of asynchronous motor and synchronous motor are implemented through the high-performance current vector control technology.
Virtual I/O Five groups of virtual DI/DO can realize simple logic control.
Timing Control Time range: 0.0~6500.0 minutes
Motor Overheat Protection The optional I/O extension card enables AI3 to receive the motor temperature sensor input (PT100, PT1000) so as to realize motor overheat protection.
