100HP Motor Frequency Inverter 0 to 3000Hz output frequency for ac motor

EM15 series frequency inverter drives apply V/F vector control and various protections to control asynchronous motors,adopting international advanced vector control algorithm with excellent features. The air duct, hardware and software have been greatly improved for better environment adaptability.

High starting torque character
150% starting torque at 0.5Hz(Open loop vector control without PG)
180% starting torque at 0Hz(Closed vector control with PG)

Perfect hardware protection function
All series of hardware has three-phase protection, such as overload or over current or short circuit of any phase of the AC motor can be protected in time.

Fast current limit function

Fast current limit function prevents the inverter frequently over current alarm. When the current exceeds the protection points, fast current limit function can quickly limit current below protection point to protect the safety of equipment, and to avoid over-current alarm caused by suddenly adding load or interference.

Load disturbance compensation ensures failure-free operation of motor.

Auto-searching motor speed at restart smoothes thestart of motor without current over-shoot.

The performance and stability are improved significantly.
