30HP 3 Phase Synchronous motor drive with PID function 3 phase 415V 400Hz

EM15-T is a new generation of high performance vector synchronous motor drive developed by our company. This series has excellent vector control performance, powerful overload ability and good dynamic characteristics. It realizes the speed and torque control of three-phase AC synchronous motor and meets the application requirements of different automatic production equipment.

  • RS485 interface as standard, support Modbus protocol in RTU mode.

  • Intelligent parameter setting, internal preset several sets of common parameters, reduce user parameter setting workload.

  • All series conformal coating can improve the product reliability and environmental adaptation.
  • Refined protection function can support over 30 protections, including short circuit detection of electric motor, input/output phase loss, overcurrent, overvoltage and overheat.
  • Support PG collector signal, differential signal and other encoder interfaces, making the closed loop vector control realize conveniently.

  • Built-in various functional modules to effectively reduce external system costs.

  • With perfect inertia and torque compensation function, open loop tension control adaptability is stronger .
