Diagnostic reagent kit Collagenase IV(CIV) for Automatic immunoassay analyzer in Hepatic Fibrosis
It is used to quantitatively detect the content of type IV collagen (CIV) in human serum in vitro.
In normal liver, type IV collagen is mainly distributed in the basement membrane of blood vessels and bile ducts, and there is no obvious deposition in liver sinusoids.
When hepatic fibrosis occurs, type IV collagen may be the earliest proliferating fibrils, with a high turnover rate, a large amount of deposition, and finally forming a complete basement membrane with the continuous deposition of laminin. At present, it is believed that type IV collagen is an indicator that reflects the production of collagen rather than its degradation, and is related to the degree of liver fibrosis. Type IV collagen and serum hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN) and type III procollagen N-terminal peptide can be used as one of the indicators reflecting the degree of liver fibrosis.
The levels of these indicators are related to the development stage of chronic hepatitis. Consistently, it was at the highest level in the stages of chronic severe hepatitis and cirrhosis, and was also consistent with the degree of inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis of liver tissue, and the highest level was in inflammation grade G4 and fibrosis stage S4. Therefore, the level of serum type IV collagen, together with other indicators such as serum hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin (LN), and type III procollagen N-terminal peptide (PIIINP), becomes an important tool for judging the severity of liver disease, identifying the presence or absence of liver cirrhosis, and predicting the severity of liver disease. Good serological indicator of trends.
