Substrate Analyzer Consumables for IVD CLIA Automatic Immunoassay Analyzer & Reagents
Specification: 100 ml/bottle(500 Tests)
Necessary in CLIA testing, not supply for free.
Summary
The APLS substrate is stable under storage conditions. When the substrate was mixed with alkaline phosphatase (ALP hereafter), ALP will hydrolyze the phosphate of the substrate, and meanwhile, the substrate will decompose immediately and release photons. Within a certain range of ALP concentration, the number of photons released and ALP concentration were proportional, which can be used for quantitative detection of ALP or ALP markers.
Intend use
The substrate is used for the assay with the reagent kits on the CLIA analyzer.
Storage and Stability
1.Storage
•Store at 2-8℃.
•Keep away from the sunlight.
•Return the substrate to 2-8℃ promptly after use and avoid long
storage at ambient temperature.
•If frozen, please scrap and do not use.
2. Expiration date
•2-8℃, unopened, 12 months.
•2-8℃, opened, 30 days.
3. Deterioration indicator
•There is sediment or turbidity in the reagent.
•Blank luminescence value will increase significantly.
