Production capacity introduction

We have an advanced and complete vehicle production plant base, using four production processes (stamping, welding, painting, assembly). Production is organized in the form of line operation. The production line has more than 2000 sets of production and testing equipment, facilities, tools and tooling, with an annual production capacity of 5000 units new- energy bus.

Stamping workshop has the vehicle parts mold independent development capability, with a variety of advanced precise equipment, can achieve cutting, stamping, shearing, drilling, bending, turning and milling and other processes, and develop various products according to the different needs of customers.

Welding workshop mainly engaged in body, frame welding, with large assembly equipment, plate

chain automatic production line, can achieve high efficiency welding production.The body frame

of ZEVAUTO adopts "bird-cage" monoquoch structure, and the strength of steel anti-distortion is 3-6 times that of other ordinary automobiles.

Painting workshop has painting rooms such as cleaning and polishing, drying and spraying, electrophoresis etc.The painting workers have more than ten years of work experience, and can make various vehicle appearance patterns according to different needs of customers.

Final assembly workshop has four production lines: two mixed plate chain lines, one chassis assembly line, one debugging, and testing and repair line. It is designed to produce 5000 units' large and medium-sized buses annually.

R&D Capacity

In terms of technical research, ZEVAUTO keeps improving, breaking through itself and constantly optimizes the existing product technology. At the same time, the company is also actively carrying out the research and development of cutting- edge technology;

(1) Core component technology

(2) Wheel drive technology

The vehicle drive system is without traditional axle, so that the weight of the vehicle can be reduced more than 25%，the bus can have a wide passage and a low floor which enable passenger capacity increase 1 5%，and passenger flow efficiency increased 30%.

(3) Intelligent networking technology

Intelligent vehicle management technology is to provide customers with perfect traffic solutions;

Smart driven management technology continues to optimize the driving system, insure safety and security; Advanced driving assistance technology and Intelligent identification of driving environment and gradual development to unmanned Technology.

(4) Composite material body

ZEVAUTO as the first bus enterprise in China that has successfully developed composite vehicle framework, has domestic leading advantages in special process synthesis of all composite body. The company has the leading advantage in the special technology of the composite materials body, Relying on this technology, the strength of the body frame can be greatly increased and the weight of the body can be reduced at the same time. The weight of the a 12-meter bus can be reduced about 30%. The reliability test of 10,000km has been completed.

Technical Strength Introduction

ZEVAUTO bus a highly skilled R&D team with over 60 senior technical experts and engineers, including more than 50% intermediate grade R&D engineers. Additionally, 95% of the R&D personnel hold bachelor's degrees or higher qualifications. The company possesses a comprehensive vehicle research and development system and has demonstrated expertise in the development of buses, logistics vehicles, and other commercial vehicles. In January 2006

Zhongzhi first bus was founded and located in Jitou Town, Wuhou District, Chengdu, with a registered capital of 62 million yuan. FAW BUS Co., Ltd. and Chengdu Anda Special Vehicle Co., Ltd. hold 50% shares respectively.

In September 2009

The registered capital was changed to 63.4707 million yuan, FAW bus accounting for 51% of the shares and Chengdu Anda accounting for 49%.

In May 2011

The relocation and transformation project lasted for two years was completed, and the company moved to Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone as a whole.

In July 2012

Chengdu Anda transferred 49% of its shares to Chengdu Bus Co, Ltd

In December 2012

The registered capital was changed to 94.083 million yuan

In September 2015

Zhongzhi New energy vehicle Co, ltd invested in the form of "cash investment, capital increase and share expansion". The amount of capital increase was 187.2282 million yuan, and the registered capital was changed to 235.2075 million yuan. It accounted for 60% of the shares, FAW bus accounted for 20. 4% of the shares, and Chengdu Bus Co, Ltd accounted for 19.6% of the shares

In October 2015

After approval, the name of the new company was changed to "Zhongzhi First Bus Chengdu Co, Itd

In April 2017

Chengdu Bus Co, Ltd. Transferred 19.6% of its shares to Zhongzhi New energy vehicle Co, ltd.

In September 2017

The company signed a project investment agreement with the Management Committee of Chengdu Economic and Technological. Development Zone and the people's Government of Longquanyi District of Chengdu City, with 494 mu(about 329,333 mf ), of new project land, 2255.09 million yuan of fixed asset investment and 25,000 new energy commercial vehicles of ZEVAUTO.

In September 2018

The company's assets were restructured, and the shareholder of the company was changed from Zhongzhi New energy vehicle Co., Itd to Zhejiang KangSheng Co. Ltd (Stock code: 002418)

In June 2019

The company successfully passed the approval of no.39 production qualification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
