The condensate water recovery device is flexible, offering both steam-driven and electric-driven options for different user requirements. The recovered condensate water can be conveniently directed back into the boiler or routed to a specified location.
The primary components of the device include a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and more.
Steam condensate water is channeled into the recovery tank through a steam trap, separating steam and water. When the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level, it sends a signal to activate the condensate water recovery pump. High-temperature condensate water and small amounts of secondary steam are processed through the device's cavitation elimination device and filter system, then channelled into the designated location.
If the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level, it sends a signal to shut off the condensate water recovery pump. The device can operate in fully automatic control mode with dual pumps alternating and operating in backup mode as required. The device is simple to use and requires only basic power connectivity to begin operation.

Anti-cavitation: This technology is effective in preventing cavitation, which is a phenomenon that occurs when the pressure of a liquid falls below its vapor pressure causing the formation of vapour bubbles. These bubbles collapse with extreme force, resulting in damage to equipment and inefficiencies in the system. With the anti-cavitation technology, the system is protected from these damaging effects, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
