The condensate water recovery device is a versatile tool that can be customized according to user requirements. With options to be either steam-driven or electric-driven, the device can recover condensate water efficiently and effectively. Whether returning the recovered condensate water directly to a boiler or directing it to a specified location chosen by the user, the condensate water recovery device excels in functionality.
The condensate water recovery device is composed of an array of features that make it a seamless addition to any system. With components such as a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel , and others, the device is well-equipped for a variety of situations.
When steam condensate water enters the recovery tank through a steam trap, the liquid level sensor is automatically activated. Should the sensor detect a high liquid level in the tank, it sends a high-level signal to the control panel. Upon receiving this signal, the control panel deploys the condensate water recovery pump. This pump transports the high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam through the device's cavitation elimination device and filter before depositing it into the water tank specified by the user.
Conversely, when the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel to shut off the condensate water recovery pump. The device operates in a fully automatic mode, complete with dual pumps that operate in a backup mode which switches between them automatically. To operate the device, simply turn on the power.

Anti-cavitation, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly are three important characteristics that describe a certain product or technology.
When a product is said to be anti-cavitation, it means that it has been designed to resist the formation of cavities or bubbles in a liquid. Cavitation is a common problem in some fluid systems, particularly those that involve high-pressure or high-velocity flows, and it can cause mechanical damage, noise, and energy loss. Therefore, an anti-cavitation technology helps to improve the performance, reliability, and durability of the product.
Energy-saving is another key feature that many consumers and businesses look for in modern products. The increasing awareness of climate change, resource depletion, and energy costs has led to a growing demand for energy-efficient solutions. An energy-saving product can help to reduce the consumption of electricity, fuel, or other resources, without compromising the quality or functionality of the product. This can result in significant economic benefits and environmental benefits, such as reduced greenhouse gas emissions and pollution.
Finally, being environmentally friendly is becoming an increasingly important criterion for many people when choosing a product. This term covers a wide range of aspects, including the use of sustainable materials, the reduction of waste, the avoidance of toxic substances, and the promotion of recycling and reuse. An environmentally friendly product can help to minimize the environmental impact of its production, use, and disposal, and contribute to a more sustainable and responsible economy and society.
There are several industrial enterprises such as those in the papermaking, chemical, petroleum, printing and dyeing, textile, brewing, rubber, and other industries that utilize steam heating systems for closed-loop condensate water recovery. This is where the product comes into play, as it is used to recover the condensate water in these systems.
In addition to industrial use, the product can also be used for steam condensate water recovery in hotels, hospitals, and other civil buildings. Its effectiveness is such that it converts the condensate water produced by the indirect heat exchange system into closed-loop recovery with relative ease. This attribute makes it stand out as a product that replaces conventional open condensate water tanks.
