Low-pressure steam boilers operate with about 25% waste heat of its own, generating a large amount of steam condensate that is still discharged through the trap.
The electric condensate recovery system uses an electric pump to recycle condensate to a specified location.
Working Principle
Steam generated by the boiler is delivered to the heat exchange equipment through piping. The steam releases a large amount of heat during the heat exchange process, and the temperature falls (usually 70-90°C), and then turns into condensate, which is recycled to the boiler or to a customer-specified location through the condensate recovery device.
