Description

BLDC Fan Motor Brushless DC Motor For Bathroom Exhaust Fan Desk Fan 8inch

Brushless DC motor uses electronic communtation instead of mechanical steering. Compared with Brush DC motor, it has long working life and eliminates mechanical steering's noise, sparks and electromagnetic interference and so on. It is of great convenience and reasoning to control motor's performance. It can be mainly divided into two parts, motor and circuit control. Motor is composed of rotor which its main component is permanent magnet and of stator which its main component is silicon steel sheet and copper wire.

  • Protection function
Locked-rotor protection When the motor rotor and output shaft are locked, the motor lock protection function starts to work, the motor output is closed, and the motor output current is returned to Zero, the motor stops working.
Current limit function When the current in the motor circuit exceeds 3.0 A, the motor will be protected and stopped.

  • Reliability test

Temperature and humidity test

(without condensation)

 Motor must be left at the temperature range of -20°C to 60°C and the relative humidity range of 5% to 90% for 72 H. and then returns to room temperature 12 hours. Measurement of the rated load speed and rated load current must be conformed to standard.
Vibration test (without packing)

No error should occur after test .

Direction of vibration: front and rear, right and left, up and down.

Vibration acceleration: 9.8m/s²(sine eave) vibration

Frequency range: 50Hz~50Hz~50Hz
