Preparation concentration:20-30kg JH-1206A and 20-30kg JH-1206B were added to every 1000 liters of tank solution.

PH value: 12~14

Tank liquor temperature: normal temperature (Maximum can be 60℃)

Dip time: 3~15 minutes

The above parameters are taken under working condition.

2,Production description

Brief introduction:

JH-1206 is two-component product. It is mainly composed of sodium salt, corrosion inhibitor,complexing agent and laundry aid. Agent B is mainly compounded by surfactant polymerization. Sodium salts provide saponification basicity,and polymer inhibitors,complexing agents,detergents and surfactants provide detergency. This product has good performance on animal oil,vegetable oil,mineral oil pollution,saponification and cleanliness.JH-1206 does not contain phosphorus and has strong cleaning ability. It can be used to clean iron,stainless steel,plastics,rubber and other workpieces at room temperature.Degreasing ability is strong,suitable for impregnation,ultrasonic technology

Chemical configuration:

Fill the working tank with three quarters of cold water,add the right amount of chemical and mix or circulate evenly,add enough water to raise the liquid level to working level,then heat to the working temperature.

Testing method:

PH value: After calibrating the PH meter, use it to measure the PH value of solution or use the PH test paper to test it.

Chemical control:Because the alkalinity and cleaning ability of the chemical in tank will decrease when the cleaning agent is used,it should be added or replaced in time.

Storage requirement:The product should be stored in a dry and cool place for easy deliquescence.If it is found to be agglomerated during use,it can be crushed and used without affecting the degreasing effect.
