Three Basket Dip Spin Coating Machine Plant Low Ower Consumption Accurate Spray

MS800+ is specially designed for the dip-spin coating. It consists of modules of loading, weighting, centrifuge, leveling and convey curing oven. Nanmat’s unique dip-spin coater is a total solution for the application of NanoMate® surface treatments. PLC controlled DSC-180C provides optimized dip-spin proceses, including tilting angle and rotating speed, to improve the issue of coating non-uniformity.

The dip-spin coater capacity is 30~60KG per batch, depending on the type and the size of fasteners. Typical processing time for the centrifuge is approximately 5 minutes at the spin speed of 400-500 RPM. The fasteners are then sent into the convey oven for curing at 180-200^oC for 15~20 minutes.

Not only used as the top coat process on Zinc-plating fasteners, MS800+ can be also used in dip-spin process of Zinc-rich coating, such as Geomate, Magni, Dorken and Dacro, to improve the non-uniformity and recess filling issues.
