Used for perforated seamless steel tubes, such as stainless steel, brazing steel, high temperature alloy steel, molybdenum and other special parts.
The rare earth material is added with molybdenum powder as raw material, processed through mixing, forming, shape processing, high temperature sintering and other processes, and the finished product density is ≥9.7g/cm3.

Product diameter specifications: Φ 20-300 mm, and can be made specially according to your drawings requirements for production. It is used for hot rolling and perforating seamless tubes of different materials in severe high-temperature environment.

The high temperature molybdenum mandrels have been developed by our company and the materials science & engineer Institute.The R&D crafts include selecting and mixing raw materials which are compressed into embryos material, sintering in the intermediate frequency furnace in 1850-1950°C and then turning and molding.The average density of the products is more than 9.7g/cm3. Compared with the common molybdenum mandrels, the density improves 2%-6%, the vickers hardness reaches above 350kg/mm2 and the abrasion resistance increase 60%-80%.
