Alloy 52 Rod / N14052 Alloy 52 contains 52% nickel and 48% iron and is widely used in the telecommunications industry. It also finds application in a wide variety of electronic applications, especially for glass seals. Also known as: Pernifer 502, NILO 50, Glass Seal 521 UNS K95050 N14052 ASTM F30


Alloy 52 is a ferronickel alloy with nickel content of 50.50%. It is used for glass metal sealing. When the temperature is 565 ° C, the thermal expansion rate of the alloy remains unchanged

This alloy has the following properties:

1. Good stress corrosion cracking resistance

2. Good resistance to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion

3. Good oxidation resistance and non oxidation thermal acid performance

4. It has good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature up to 550 ℃

5. Certification of pressure vessel with manufacturing temperature up to 450 ℃

Applications:
