Among the tungsten carbide materials, there are various sizes of Tungsten Carbide Blast Nozzle sandblasting nozzles to choose from. Carbide nozzles have the characteristics of fast cleaning speed, good wear resistance and good corrosion resistance, and are widely used in sandblasting and shot blasting equipment. Has the best air and long service life of abrasives; powdering, rust removal, cleaning atomization in chemical, food, machinery, construction and other fields. It can also be used as an optimized environmental protection product for dust removal and detergent in heavily polluted factories. The tungsten carbide injector has an all-steel jacket and a 5/16".
Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, high specific gravity: general gravity 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong light absorption capacity: 30-40% higher than general gravity lead, thermal conductivity: mold 5 times that of steel; low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity; good welding and processing skills.
A common method of making heavy tungsten alloys is to mix the desired amount of tungsten, iron, nickel or copper powder, then cold-press and liquid-phase sinter to near full density. During the liquid phase treatment, the matrix tungsten alloy melts and brings some tungsten into solution, forming a microstructure through which large tungsten particles (20-60m) are dispersed in the matrix alloy.
