HiperCo50 1J22 Sheet is a high saturation magnetic induction ferroco-vanadium soft magnetic alloy. Among existing soft magnetic materials, the alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction (2.4T), high Curie point (980℃) and the largest saturation magnetostrictive coefficient (60-100×10-6). Because of the high saturation magnetic induction, the size of the motor with the same power can be greatly reduced. When it is used as an electromagnet, it can produce a large attraction at the same cross-sectional area.

Hiperco 50A is an iron-cobalt-vanadium soft magnetic alloy with high magnetic saturation (24 kilo-gaause), high maximum DC permeability, low DC coercivity, and low AC core loss. This alloy exhibits superior magnetic properties to other commercial ferrocobalt soft magnetic alloys. Hippeko? The 50A is mainly used in magnetic cores in electrical equipment that require high permeability at high flux density, or in magnetic tape cores that require minimum AC loss and high permeability at high inductance.
