Hiper Co50A 1J22 Rod is a high saturation magnetic induction iron vanadium soft magnetic alloy. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, this alloy has the highest saturated magnetic induction (2.4T), high Curie point (980 ℃) and the largest saturated magnetostriction coefficient (60-100 × 10-6). Due to the high saturation magnetic induction, the size of the motor can be greatly reduced under the same power. When it is used as an electromagnet, it can generate great gravity on the same cross-sectional area.

Hiperco 50A is an iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy with high magnetic saturation (24k Gauss), high DC maximum permeability, low DC coercivity and low AC core loss. The alloy shows superior magnetic properties than other commercial soft magnetic cobalt iron alloys. Hippeko? 50A is mainly used for electrical equipment magnetic cores requiring high permeability under high magnetic flux density, or magnetic tape cores requiring minimum AC loss and high permeability under high inductance.
