1J22 plate is an iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy with high magnetic saturation (24kW), high DC maximum permeability, low DC coercivity and low AC core loss. The magnetism of the alloy is superior to other commercial iron cobalt soft magnetic alloys. Hiperco? 50A is mainly used for magnetic cores in electrical equipment requiring high magnetic permeability under high magnetic flux density, or magnetic tape cores requiring minimum AC loss and high magnetic permeability under high induction conditions.

Soft magnetic alloy is suitable for transmitting tube, oscillating tube, pilot tube, transistor, sealed plug, relay shell and other electric vacuum devices. It has a certain linear expansion coefficient in the temperature range of 20 ℃ - 450 ℃, and can match with hard glass to seal firmly.
