Zirconium Welded Tubing is commonly used in highly corrosive industrial applications, usually in chloride processes. These and other highly corrosive chemicals can damage smaller materials. This corrosion can cause equipment to be quickly repaired and/or replaced in a short period of time, leading to costly and highly damaging process shutdowns.onium is mainly used in chemical and electronic industry, mainly used in the corrosion resistance and conductivity of zirconium tubing.

Zirconium and gas have strong affinity. They react with oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen at about 200, 300 and 400 ℃ respectively. The reaction is rapid at higher temperature. Therefore, the melting and heat treatment should be carried out in vacuum furnace. When heat processing is carried out in the atmosphere, proper protection measures shall be taken and the operation time under high temperature shall be shortened.
