90WNiFe High Performance Machined Heavy Tungsten Balls

Heavy Tungsten Balls are also known as tungsten heavy alloys because they weigh more than twice as much as steel. High specific gravity tungsten alloy is usually a refractory metal containing w-Ni-Fe, w-Ni-Cu or even w-Ni-Cu-Fe complex. Some tungsten alloys have rare earths and/or other metals such as Co, Mo, and Cr added. Heavy tungsten alloy has a very high melting point, twice the density of steel and more than 50% heavier than lead.

Introduction and characteristics of Heavy Tungsten Balls

Heavy Tungsten Balls are mainly divided into two series: W-Ni-Fe and W-Ni-Cu, and even W-Ni-Fe-Cu. In contrast, the W-Ni-Fe alloy has better mechanical properties and plays a huge role in the defense industry and various fields of the national economy. It is a very important new military material in the national defense industry and has gradually been popularized in various civilian industries.

Tungsten alloy has a series of excellent properties, significant ratio: generally 16.5-18.75g/cm3, high strength: tensile strength 700-1000mpa, strong ray absorption ability: 30-40% higher than lead, high thermal conductivity: it is mold steel 5 times; low thermal expansion coefficient: only 1/2-1/3 of steel, good electrical conductivity; good weldability and machinability.

Application of Tungsten Balls

Tungsten balls are small in size and can be used in missile weapons, projectiles, armor-piercing projectiles, hunting gear, shotguns, prefabricated fragments, missile weapons, armor-piercing projectiles and balance force bombs; measuring oil balance force; and some precision instruments, such as mobile phone vibrators, Clock weights, watch weights, cell phone vibrators, flywheel weights, tungsten balls and tungsten weights are widely used in counterweights and factories, as well as military.
