Tungsten Carbide Precision Moulds are made of tungsten steel, which is hard compound of refractory metal and bonding metal. It is made of alloy material by powder metallurgy process. Tungsten steel has good wear resistance, high hardness, good toughness, high strength, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and a series of excellent properties. Especially high hardness, good wear resistance. Performance is maintained even at 500℃. It still has high hardness and toughness at 1000℃.
