Cobalt Alloy 20 Spheres Balls Description
Process
- The powder of alloy elements such as cobalt, chromium and molybdenum and the appropriate amount of carbide powder are mixed.
- The evenly mixed powder is loaded into the mold and pressed by die casting or hot isostatic pressing to get the blank.
- The pressed blank is placed in the sintering furnace and sintered at high temperature in a protective atmosphere (such as an inert gas) or a vacuum environment.
- The sintered alloy is heat treated, such as quenching, tempering, etc., to adjust its structure and properties.
- The alloy after heat treatment is polished and polished to improve its surface quality and aesthetics.
- Finally, we must carry out a variety of performance testing and quality inspection to ensure that it meets the design requirements.
Features
- High hardness, good surface quality under high friction and wear conditions, can extend the service life of the equipment
- Excellent corrosion resistance, able to resist a variety of chemical media and corrosive environment
- Good strength, good toughness, strong fatigue resistance, strong processing performance
- High temperature resistance, good dimensional stability under high temperature and high pressure
Application
Cobalt Alloy 20 Spheres Balls are often used together with seats in places that require high friction and wear, such as aerospace, nuclear power engineering, drilling exploration, petrochemical, metallurgical processing, high-temperature processing, valve manufacturing, Marine engineering, electronic engineering and medical devices.
