Introduction of Kaolin Rotary kiln:
Kaolin rotary kiln of Henan ZK Corp produced has 11 models according to the specifications and dimensions of the cyclinder, ranging from Ø1.6×32m-Ø4×80m. The diameter of the cyclinder is above 2.2m (including 2.2m) with auxiliary transmission, and the support is changed from three groups to four groups when the diameter of cyclinder is above 3.0m (including 3.0m). The kiln speed is 0.58-2.85r/min, the slope is 3.5-4.0%, and the supporting main motor power is 18.5KW-355KW, which can meet the calcination demand of 2t/h-20t/h kaolin mineral products.

Our Project Cases of Kaolin Rotary Kiln
This project is a calcined kaolin project with an annual output of 150,000 tons in Inner Mongolia. The Φ 4.2×76m rotary kiln provided by Henan Zhengzhou Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. , with a production capacity of ≥21t/h, is used for calcining kaolin. The rotary kiln of this project is mainly used for kaolin calcination.
