Pulverized Coal Burner Introduction:
Pulverized coal burner can make pulverized coal fully burn at a short time and produce high temperature vortex. It can be divided into three types according to the usage:
1. pulverized coal burner for rotary kiln;
2. pulverized coal burner for boilers;
3. pulverized coal burner for asphalt mixing plant. It’s specially designed with multistage multi nozzel air guide structure which produces high temperature vortex in a short time. It has several strong points, such as complete combustion, high heat utilization ratio, dust and smoke removal, high efficiency, energy saving, working condition improvement and lowering labor intensity. It’s an ideal product for environmental protection. It’s applied to all dryer boiler, rotary kiln boiler, annealing furnace, metal heating furnace, quenching furnace, precision casting sintering furnace, melting furnace, forging furnace and other heating boilers.
