Saudi Arabia saber certification process is mainly divided into two processes:

The first process:

According to the applicable standards in the corresponding product technical regulations, saber platform will issue product conformity certificate (PC certificate) for each regulated product before customs clearance.

1. The importer can register the saber system account number (or provide the latest business license of the importer, which can be registered on behalf of the importer)

2. Importers input PC certificate application information to saber system to apply for PC registration

3. The importer selects a certification authority in saber system

(INTERTEK,NEMKO,CQC,TUV,SGS)

4. Pay for PC certificate

5. After receiving the application, contact the exporter to provide certification documents

6. Submit the approved documents to saber system

7. Issue PC certificate, valid for one year

The second process: shipment COC certificate, also known as SC Certificate (inspection certificate)

Every regulated product sent to Saudi Arabia will be evaluated to ensure that there is a real and effective PCOC and a SCOC will be issued.

1. The institution submits the shipment COC application to saber system;

2. Confirm the validity of PC certificate;

3. Payment of shipping COC certification fee;

4. Issue the shipment COC certificate, which is only applicable to the imported goods of this batch

1. Business license of importer (accurate CR no and valid period of business license shall be provided)

3. English name

4. Exporting countries

5. Model

6. Name of manufacturer

7. Product photos (no less than 2)

8. Trademark Arabic + English + Logo photos

9. HS code

10. Test report (GSO, IEC, ISO, en and other standards), and relevant certificates shall be provided for products within the control scope of GCC, energy efficiency, water efficiency and IECEE
