The NZ100 series drives have a wide range of protection features to ensure safe operation and reliability of the equipment. The following is an introduction to its various protection functions:
Overload protection: The inverter can monitor the load of the motor, and once the set load limit is exceeded, it will automatically stop the motor to avoid overload damage.
Overcurrent protection: When the motor is running, the inverter will monitor the change of current. If the current exceeds the rated value, the inverter will take immediate measures, such as reducing the output frequency or stopping the motor to prevent motor damage.
Overvoltage protection: When the input voltage exceeds the set safety range, the inverter will automatically stop the motor to protect it from damage.
Undervoltage protection: If the input voltage is lower than the set minimum operating voltage, the inverter will automatically stop the motor to avoid equipment failure.
Overheat protection: The inverter has a built-in temperature sensor, and once the temperature exceeds the set safety range, it will take measures, such as reducing the output power or stopping the motor, to prevent overheating damage.
Short-circuit protection: When there is a short-circuit fault in the motor line, the inverter can quickly detect and stop the motor to avoid circuit damage.
Phase loss protection: If a phase in the power supply is missing, the inverter will automatically stop the motor to avoid abnormal operation.
With these protection features, the NZ100 Series drives are able to protect motors and equipment from various electrical faults and operating anomalies, ensuring safe and stable operation and extending the service life of the equipment.
