Stainless Steel 1000BPH Drum Jerry Can 5-30L Screw Twist Off Capping Machine

Description:

This machine can finish a series of operations such as bottle-feeding cap-feeding , cap-unscrambling and bottle-outleting . We adopt international advanced modular design concept, including molds cap-sending , cap-grasping by positioning servo-controlled torque . Non-injury of bottle and caps , high efficiency . No caps , no operating . At the same time , this machine can remove the damaged bottles and non-foiling bottles.It uses advance control technology, touch screen, programmable controllers , servo motor combination , product upgrade quickly . About conditioning, just input the arming angle in the touch screen . Then through the screw lifting mechanism to lift the whole place to complete the specifications. It greatly improves production efficiency and friendlier human-machine combination.

Features:
1.High accuracy:independent capping heads , have cluthes included , torque can be adjusted ,without damage the cap surface.
2. It uses the method of fetching first and then capping which make sure the stability of capping. Pneumatic motor driven capping and speed can be adjusted and do no harm to the lids.
3. As inside cap sort installed photoelectricity, the cap elevator starts automatically when the caps are not enough in the tank which make sure the supply of caps.
4. Auto bottles feed in, auto capping and auto bottles comes out.
5.with imported electrical parts to make sure the machines running stable and long life working.
